Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Nature & Instant Delivery

At PRAMOD KUMAR YADAV (operating as DizitalTrends), our primary products are digital downloadable assets, including complete mobile application source codes (Flutter for iOS & Android), backend systems (Laravel), and API suites.

Delivery Policy: Because our goods are delivered entirely digitally, delivery is instantaneous upon successful transaction completion via our payment aggregator (Cashfree Payments). Your downloadable source archive and valid license key become available immediately in your account (My Orders).

2. Refund Eligibility Guidelines

Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of digital code assets, we encourage customers to review product descriptions, live demo videos, and feature lists carefully before completing a purchase. However, we honor refund requests under the following legitimate conditions:

• Defective Code or Technical Bug: If the purchased software code fails to compile or exhibits critical bugs that we are unable to resolve within 7 working days after receiving your detailed bug report.
• Material Discrepancy: If the received codebase materially differs from the product description and features documented on our website.
• Double Billing / Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction due to a network timeout, duplicate amounts are refunded immediately.
• Download Delivery Failure: If our delivery server fails to generate a download link and our support team is unable to manually email your ZIP files within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in instances where:

• You have simply changed your mind or no longer require the product after downloading the complete source code archive.
• Your hosting environment fails to meet the clearly stated minimum server specifications (e.g. PHP 8.2+, MySQL 8, Flutter 3.x).
• You refuse technical assistance or installation troubleshooting provided by our support team.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

For digital software purchases, orders are fulfilled immediately and cannot be canceled once the source code has been downloaded.

For custom development and freelance services, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before development milestones have commenced. In such cases, uncommenced milestone fees will be refunded in full.
